Dr. Jessica McNally

PT, DPT

Pelvic floor therapy is a great way to prepare for labor and delivery or improve recovery postpartum! As a physical therapist, I can help with recovery after an injury or surgery (such as Cesarean delivery) as well as improve outcomes and prevent future injury. An initial evaluation allows me to identify physical impairments to determine the best treatment plan for you. If you are recovering from an injury I will help you recover optimally and return to your previous level of function. Even without injury, I can help you improve your current level of function and improve your quality of life by returning to the activities you love to do. Se habla español!

Examples of pelvic floor dysfunction include:

  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Urinary (or fecal) incontinence
  • Constipation
  • Sexual dysfunction
  • Tailbone pain (coccydynia)
  • Overactive bladder
  • Interstitial cystitis
  • Endometriosis
