The Reverence Experience
(Birth Doula Support Services) $850:
Throughout our time together, we will work together on a plan for the birth you picture for yourself. My goal is to help facilitate those desires for you and help guide your partner in supporting you the way YOU need! We will have prenatal visits to go over everything needed and to show hands on comfort measures for your partner to experience before the big day, so you both feel prepared! I will show you different techniques that can help ease the discomfort of contractions and go over different positions that can help you through labor.

Together with Reverence
(Postpartum Doula Services) with Melanie or Yolanda
Postpartum doulas are those knowledgeable professionals that helps YOU and your family during this critical 4th trimester period after the birth of your baby. During this time that you are with your postpartum doula, you will be mothered (taken care of) and be offered emotional, physical, and informational support along with your family with practical help. We will be working together on breastfeeding and/or formula preparation tips and support, postpartum comfort measures, a non-judgmental infant care techniques, normal postpartum restoration, and even emotional support for your family during this new transition in your lives. Our role is to empower you as a parent to care for your own baby while of course providing you guidance and support. Let’s do this together! We believe in you and your family.

Delights with Smarts
(MINIMUM 3 SESSIONS) $150-$225+:
During each session we will go over what to expect in each trimester with evidence-based information for you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy. Some of things we covered may include but not limited to nutrition, emotions and symptoms, importance of dental hygiene during pregnancy, information, and explanations of each exams recommended at each trimester, questions to ask the provider according to your needs and preferences, and things to consider. Can be one-on-one or group sessions!
Each session will take about an hour long, but these prenatal health educational sessions DO NOT TAKE IN PLACE OF CHILDBIRTH CLASSES.
*Discount: If you book and pay for all 3 sessions in full, you pay $55 per session instead of $75 per session! So, take advantage of that amazing discount!

Your Support, Advocate, & Navigator $25-$75:
In this package I be working as your community health worker. As a community health worker, I work closely with local resources in the community and programs that you can be eligible for. I can help guide you to find the right resources for your needs, help with application paperwork and advocate on your behalf to get you the care you deserve. Whether it is financial help, food pantry or Medicaid application, I will provide support and advocacy for you and your family to get you the resources you need to help you through this journey!
